But did you know that this Hollywood star has Swedish ancestry? Michelle Pfeiffer's great-great-grandmother, Amanda Olson, emigrated from Sweden to the United States in 1886. Amanda was born in Tolg parish in Småland, a region in southern Sweden known for its picturesque landscapes and rich history. She moved with her parents to Minnesota, where the family settled and began their new life in America.

This Swedish connection is a fascinating part of Michelle Pfeiffer's heritage, linking her to a lineage of Swedish immigrants who sought a better life in the New World.
